JAMES SMITH
James is a Denver native and a seven year member of the IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers). With over ten years of experience as a mechanic before transitioning to the electrical field. His time as a mechanic has proved extremely useful in his current work, enabling him to analyze problems accurately from the perspectives of both an electrician and a mechanic. James’s favorite project was a 2.5 meg generator replacement in which he saw the job through from start to finish.
James and his wife have a 3 year old son who is obsessed with trucks. Although his 20XX Tundra does the trick now, James hopes to bring his boy to tour some construction sites when he is old enough, so that he can see the bigger trucks in action.
CONNOR WAKELY
Connor has over a decade of electrical experience and is known to his peers as the “Rain Man of OCal.” Connor specializes in heavy industrial work, particularly water treatment. He is also a ten year member of the IBEW.
Connor and his wife have a 6 year old girl and a 1 year old boy. He said that his daughter’s favorite activity is scouting geese. When asked about his son’s favorite activity, he said “He’s one year old. He doesn’t have one yet.” Connor quickly redacted that statement, saying “Actually, his is gonna be scouting geese too.”
